It is with profound sadness that the Centre of Efficiency and Productivity Analysis (CEPA) share the news of the passing of Professor C.A. Knox Lovell on Friday 10 October 2025.
An Emeritus Professor from The University of Georgia, Knox was a scholar of great distinction. We were very fortunate that Knox chose to spend the last twenty years with CEPA and the UQ School of Economics.
His wisdom, scholarship and warm friendship will be missed by all of us.
