Established in 2021 by alumnus Lawrence Au (MBA Alumni ’82) and other Alumni of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law. There will be three prizes within each of the schools recognising excellence in academic achievement for undergraduate students within the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law who have completed their first year of full-time study).

Eligibility

Any undergraduate student who has completed one year of full-time study who –
(i) is enrolled in their second year of an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law or a dual
program that includes an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law;
(ii) completed a minimum of 8 units in a Faculty of Business, Economics and Law program in the year prior to award; and
(iii) had not completed prior tertiary study at a Bachelor level or above in the year prior to award.
(c) Basis for award
Highest marks at the end of their first year of full-time study.
(d) Nature of prizes
(i) One prize will be awarded to a student from each School of the Faculty.
(ii) The income from the endowment fund will be shared equally between the prize recipients
