Jingnan Chen is a Senior Lecturer (Tenured Assistant Professor) in Economics at the University of Exeter Business School in the United Kingdom.

Jingnan's research interests lie in Experimental Economics, Applied Microeconomics, and Leadership, especially in promoting female leadership.
