Short Course: Econometrics for Policy Evaluations/Econometrics for Causal Inference
Course Outline
This short course will cover the foundations of policy-evaluation empirical analysis and causal inference using the two major frameworks of graphical modelling and potential outcomes for treatment effect computation. Starting with a low-technical background at the level of an introductory econometrics course, it will bring course attendees to some of the latest developments in the area of policy evaluations.
The course will run for 2 to 3 days between Monday 29 September and Friday 3 October. Exact dates are to be confirmed.
