The School of Economics is hosting the Econometrics Colloquium: Advances in Econometric Methods on Thursday 14 July and Friday 15 July 2016 at the University of Queensland.

The two-day workshop will bring together leading economic scholars, early career researchers and graduate students who are interested in learning new methods and techniques in econometrics.

Professor Rosa Matzikin will deliver the keynote address.

Professor Matzkin’s work and research is focused on the connection between econometrics and economic theory, including Hedonic Equilibrium Models, Survey Responses, and Modelling Individual Choices.
