The 20th Australasian Teaching Economics Conference (ATEC2015) will be held in Brisbane, at the University of Queensland, on the 6th and 7th of July 2015.

The theme of the conference this year is Challenges in the Teaching of Economics. Papers on this topic are strongly encouraged, but submissions on any aspect of Economics Education are welcome too.

Professor William Becker (Indiana University), a leading scholar in Economics Education in the US and editor of the Journal of Economic Education for twenty years, will deliver the keynote lecture.

High school teachers in Economics are welcome to attend the conference, in particular the secondary education training session on cost-benefit analysis on 7th July afternoon.
